Steve Kunszabo is a seasoned finance and communications executive with nearly 25 years of experience establishing and building investor relations and corporate communications programs at newly public companies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and elevating companies’ profile with the investment community. He has been a leader on teams that have raised approximately $1 billion in capital, while also working closely with senior management and public company boards to drive strategic business and financial decisions. Most recently, he was Senior Director, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at DermTech (NASDAQ: DMTK), where he created and executed the first investor relations and corporate communications program for a leading genomics company developing precision diagnostics for skin cancers and skin diseases. Mr. Kunszabo was previously Executive Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Metacrine, where he established and led the first investor relations and corporate communications program for a clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering therapies for liver and GI diseases. He also previously developed and guided the investor relations and corporate communications programs at Organovo (NASDAQ: ONVO), Iridium Communications (NASDAQ: IRDM) and Centennial Communications (NASDAQ: CYCL). He served for eight years as a First Lieutenant, Troop Executive Officer and Platoon Leader for the 1/104th Cavalry Squadron, U.S. Army. Mr. Kunszabo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
